The process of maintenance and troubleshooting of the system can be done from the head office. The system must be easy to replicate so that the CCTV21 Key user team is able to roll-out to the next new stores. The system also has a report generator that can be customized by the CCTV21 IT team for future analysis report development.

The sixth challenge is speeding up the business process of exchanging invoices from suppliers at the head office so that suppliers’ aging reports on supplier accounts can be up-to-date.

The final challenge is that the “Closing Accounting Period” for all transactions in stores, DC and head office must be carried out by the Accounting team from the head office and accompanied by consolidated financial reports.
ANTZMAN SOLUTION
Antzman Software facilitates the process of standardizing product coding and is equipped with a barcode that can be used as a barcode from a supplier or as a barcode for CCTV products. Segments in the product code which are a combination of group items, category items and brand items facilitate accurate sales analysis. ItemID (product code) is a single ID that is used for all users in the purchasing, warehouse, store and accounting departments.
Antzman Software is equipped with a stock entry feature which has several functions, including to perform material transfers, material receipts, material issues, and repack / bundling.
The membership feature at the customer master can be integrated with the promo feature according to the promo scheme that is implemented at CCTV21. The “Point” feature provides an automatic point reward calculation facility for each product, product group or customer group and is complemented by “Point Redemption” transactions in the form of merchandise or cash vouchers.
Antzman POS (Point of Sale) has an auto online/off-line feature with automatic background synchronization so cashiers in stores can continue to make transactions serving customers even though the POS machine is not connected to the server. The closing status of each POS cashier is automatically synchronized to the server when the user closes each POS machine.
Antzman Software makes it easy for the CCTV21 IT team to do maintenance and trouble shooting only on the Application and Database servers. Report Builder as a Report Generator in Antzman Software makes it easy for the CCTV21 IT team to change report templates.

THE RESULTS
A combination of application software that provides integrated solutions for Retail Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Inventory Control and Accounting Systems for all stores, Distribution Centers and CCTV21 head office. This solution was successfully implemented within 2 (two) months for the head office, the first Distribution Center and the first store. After that, this solution can be replicated through a roll-out process that is carried out independently by the CCTV21 Key User team to 6 stores in 1 (one) month.
